1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough (such as Pillsbury®
1 (8 ounce) tub cream cheese
1 (15 ounce) can pitted sour cherries, drained

ground cinnamon to taste
Method
On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and cut it into triangles along the perforations.
Generously spread cream cheese over each triangle.
Place 3 to 4 cherries at the wider end of each triangle and gently roll them up, ensuring the cherries are secure inside. Tuck the ends slightly to maintain the crescent shape.
Coat the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the croissants inside carefully.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the croissants for about 5 minutes, or until they puff up and turn golden brown. Check occasionally to prevent sticking and over-browning, adding an additional 2 to 3 minutes if necessary.
Once done, remove the croissants and place them on a serving plate, then dust with cinnamon.
