Ingredients

Roma tomato, chopped

fresh green beans, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

cubed papaya

fresh Thai or Serrano chile, finely minced

lemon, juiced

limes, juiced

fish sauce

white sugar

roasted peanuts, chopped

cilantro leaves, chopped
Method
In a spacious mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, black beans, cucumber slices, and shredded papaya.
Add minced garlic and finely chopped chile pepper to the bowl, then gently toss the ingredients together.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, zesty lime juice, fish sauce, and a touch of sugar until well blended.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything until evenly coated.
Finish by sprinkling crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro on top before serving.
