Delicious Cocoa Glaze

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons hot water, divided

Method

1. In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder and butter. Heat over low flame, stirring gently for approximately 5 minutes until melted and smooth.
2. Take the saucepan off the heat. Gradually mix in powdered sugar along with vanilla extract.
3. Slowly incorporate hot water, adding one teaspoon at a time, until the glaze reaches a thick and silky consistency.
