Ingredients

cream cheese

sharp Cheddar cheese

crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons
grated onion
1 clove
garlic, minced
4 dashes
Worcestershire sauce
1 (2.25 ounce) can
green olives
½ cup
chopped pecans
Method
In a food processor, combine cream cheese, sharp Cheddar, blue cheese, minced onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Fold in chopped olives and pulse a few times to achieve a chunky texture.
Form the mixture into a round ball and roll it in crushed pecans to create a nutty coating.
Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
