Festive Gelatin Delight

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
• 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
• 1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)

Method

1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping, stirring until everything is well blended.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin mix evenly over the mixture and stir it in until fully incorporated.
3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator, allowing it to chill and set for a minimum of 2 hours.
