shredded Cheddar cheese

shredded cooked turkey meat

cranberry sauce

jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons
chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Method
Begin by preheating a skillet over medium heat.
Lay one tortilla in the skillet and layer it with half of the Cheddar cheese.
Next, add slices of turkey, dollops of cranberry sauce, jalapeño pepper, and chopped green onion on top.
Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese over the filling, then cover with the second tortilla.
Cook the quesadilla for 2 to 4 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese has thoroughly melted.
