Leftover Feast Monkey Bread
Leftover Feast Monkey Bread
Ingredients
2 pounds
frozen bread dough, thawed
1 cup
chopped cooked turkey
1 cup
prepared stuffing
1 cup
prepared mashed potatoes
½ cup
mixed vegetables
½ cup
shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it well.
Take your dough and tear it into 2-inch pieces. Use a rolling pin to flatten each piece as thinly as possible without tearing.
Place about 1 teaspoon each of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and vegetables in the center of each flattened dough piece.
Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them and form small balls.
Arrange these filled dough balls in the greased baking dish and generously sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked and golden brown.
Once done, invert the monkey bread onto a serving platter to display its deliciousness.
