2 cups crispy corn cereal
2 cups rice cereal
2 cups honey graham cereal
2 cups peanut butter corn puffs
4 cups popcorn
1 cup chocolate chunks
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
Method
Begin by lining a large baking sheet with waxed paper to prepare for the treat.
In a big mixing bowl, combine crispy corn, rice cereal, honey-flavored graham cereal, peanut butter puffs, freshly popped popcorn, chocolate pieces, and roasted peanuts.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Add in brown sugar and corn syrup, stirring occasionally until it comes to a boil and the sugar is fully dissolved, which should take about a minute.
Stir in the peanut butter into the bubbling mixture until it transforms into a creamy consistency, taking around 3 minutes. Pour this creamy concoction over the cereal mixture and gently toss everything together until well coated.
Evenly spread the coated cereal mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it sit for about 30 minutes to cool. Once it has cooled, break the mixture into bite-sized clusters and store them in an airtight container.
