  • 1 pound meat of choice
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine

Method

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil to create a rich marinade. Place your selected meat into the mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours to soak up the flavors.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated meat until it's thoroughly cooked.
