Ingredients

  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • ⅓ cup bread crumbs

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and egg, whisking until smooth. Stir in chopped green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful blend.
  2. Incorporate ground turkey and breadcrumbs into the mixture, ensuring everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet, cover, and cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping once, until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
