A flavorful and tender grilled flank steak marinated in a zesty blend of soy and Worcestershire sauces, perfect for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
1.5 pounds flank steak
Method
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Transfer this blend into a resealable plastic bag.
Add the flank steak to the bag, ensuring it's fully coated with the marinade. Remove excess air, seal the bag, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your outdoor grill to a medium heat and lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the meat from sticking.
Remove the flank steak from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off before discarding the marinade.
Grill the steak for approximately 7 minutes on each side, aiming for a slightly pink center. The internal temperature should reach 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium doneness.
Once finished, slice the steak against the grain to improve tenderness and serve.
