A delightful blend of tender chicken and bowtie pasta tossed in a zesty pesto sauce, finished with Parmesan and cilantro for a fresh touch.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp chile paste
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Method

  1. Start by boiling a large pot of lightly salted water, then add the farfalle pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until it reaches an al dente texture. Once done, drain the pasta.
  2. In a spacious skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chile paste and chicken pieces, cooking them for around 10 minutes until they're golden brown and the juices run clear.
  3. Mix in the cooked farfalle, pesto sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly chopped cilantro in the skillet. Stir everything well and continue cooking until it's heated through.
