Ingredients
2 pieces salmon fillets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Method
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs and taco seasoning until well combined. Take each salmon fillet and press it into the mixture to coat evenly, shaking off any extra crumbs and placing them on a plate without stacking.
Cook the salmon in the hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
